About The Role
Providing administrative support to the professional services team, your duties will include:
- General administrative support and reception duties (substitute)
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Liaising with the ATO & ASIC
- Ensure the smooth operations of the office - supplies and equipment maintenance
- Maintenance of the document management system, this includes both soft and hard copy information
- Client services - directing calls and correspondence accordingly
In addition to adhoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
