About the role
We require an administrative assistant with experience in rostering duties, able to work in a fast pace environment
Duties
- Rostering of hospitality staff for our clients
- Answering phones
- Using our in-house computer system for scheduling
- Attending to enquiries and problem solving
- Deliver an excellent customer service approach
- Adopting a continuous improvement approach
- Proactive and solution focused with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Skills & Experience
- Rostering and staff allocation - preferred
- Computer skills
- Administrative support
- Excellent telephone communications
- Attention and an eye for detail
- Ability to pick up new systems and technology quickly
