As a cross-channel agency with a strong foundation in face-to-face marketing we're constantly moving and developing our concepts to fit each market - Australia being our fifth.

You'll be working closely with our Country Director and Partner and his launch team, as we establish the fundamental processes in Storm Australia. We start small and everyone joins in with the practical day to day routines. We start small - but built big. This role is very much changing during the first year, so please only read on if you’re ready to get your hands dirty and able to develop at the same pace as our business grows...

Your main responsibilities

People management: We employ young, energetic brand ambassadors who make our client's brands shine. Your job is to govern and ensure full compliance with every hire we make, in close contact with our management team.

Talent attraction: We have hundreds of employees in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. We're starting with just 5 in Australia, so we need to establish a strong recruitment platform, making sure we built a world class team.

Client communication: Six major brands have already signed on with Storm Australia. Our Client Director, based in Copenhagen, will support the ongoing management of the client - you will be their direct contact in Sydney.

Digital systems: Our organisation is truly digital and you will be responsible for the ongoing adjustments and reports from our Australian operations, supported by our Business Intelligence team in Denmark.

We're looking for:

- Someone who's ready to develop and grow with our business - you cannot be afraid of moving boxes around or taking a late-night telephone call (Our head office is on CET).

- A structured and hardworking individual who's able to keep their head cool while under pressure.

- An outgoing person who enjoys interacting with lots of different stakeholders and projects.

- A finisher - You need to be able to get stuff done.
