Hudson is a global leader in the supply of Office Support professionals. We are currently looking for an experienced Facilities Administrator for a leading services company in Perth. You will be assisting a busy team of office and field based staff with operational and administration support.

The Position

This role requires a natural organiser with a keen eye for logistics and attention to detail. The Facilities Administrator will be liaising not only with internal staff, but with the general public, contractors and suppliers. Your hands-on approach together with a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver results, will ensure your success in this fast paced role

This is initially a three month contract role with the possibility of an extension down the track. You will work three full days, however team are flexible with which three days. Based in the corporate head office in the Southern Suburbs with free parking available on site.

Key duties include:

  • Arrange repair and maintenance of fleet vehicles
  • Coordinate building maintenance and repairs
  • Maintain accurate records on all fleet vehicles
  • Monitor and maintain leases
  • Raising Purchase orders through SAP
  • Coordinate data analysis of large fleet
  • Report and correspondence writing and formatting
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholder
  • Order stationary and office consumables
  • Maintain training register and book sessions where applicable for team
  • Document control and time sheet entry
  • Undertake all administration tasks as required

Skills and attributes required:

  • Previous experience with SAP
  • Exposure to fleet and facilities/property support
  • Access to your own car and willing to do extra hours where required
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Strong analytical, innovative and problem solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Ability to complete a National Police Clearance & Pre-Employment Medical.
