Your role

Your role as Office Manager/Executive Assistant will be approximately a 50/50 split. Your previous experience in an Office Management or similar position will see you excel at your role. Your ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks will be hugely beneficial as you will be dealing with the travel, expenses and diary requirements of the executive team. You will get to create, manage and host events for both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders. Therefore, your excellent communication and immaculate presentations will be second to none. This is an extremely busy role. It will suit someone who comes from a professional services background with a real focus on customer service and a positive attitude.

  • Extensive admin/office management experience
