An exceptional opportunity for a well-established Administrator to provide a high-level secretarial and administrative support to the high-performing General Managers and the team.

Description
This role will report into the Manager Executive Support Services. The key roles and responsibilities will include:
- Front of house duties, becoming the first point of contact, managing initial enquiries and complaints
- Ensure effective management of incoming and outgoing support services ‘mail, including electronic communications
- Organize accommodation bookings and travel arrangements
- Draft and proof-read correspondence as required
- Set up and facilitate meetings, conference calls, functions and conferences, including minute taking and carting for customer and employee events as required
- Maintain information management systems ex) information collection storage, retrieval, archiving and disposal
- Assist in the onboarding of new staff
- Record and respond to complaints and concerns and escalate appropriately as required
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience working in an administration, clerical or secretarial role, for a minimum period of three years
- Qualifications in Business Administration or demonstrated competency in core requirements
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Power Point/Outlook). Confident with using IT
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer requirements, alter services in response to identified needs, and evaluate customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to priorities work
- Demonstrated ability to communicate both orally and in writing with persons from various levels and positions within the organization
