About The Role

Based in our Murarrie head office, this role provides PA and general Administration Support to the two company Directors and their respective streams. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties which include but not limited to:

  • Calendar & Meeting Management
  • Coordination of Leadership Team Requirements
  • Booking Staff Travel
  • Event Management
  • Marketing Material Management
  • Ordering and Maintaining Operational Supplies
  • Coordination of Servicing for Fleet Vehicles
  • Management of Client Surveys and Results
  • Electronic Filing and Storage Management
  • Checklists Creation for Operational Excellence

We're looking for someone with a proven track record for showing initiative, who is forward thinking and has the ability to drive efficiency improvement and change within the day to day business activities.

We are seeking an energised and professional team member, who enjoys variety and is willing and able to take on any task that is required. 

Your skills and experience:

  • Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in an Administration Manager / PA or similar role.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook.
  • High standards in customer service, confidentiality and maturity.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
  • Highly effective in calendar and diary management, booking client meetings, checklist monitoring.
  • Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
  • Ability to provide support to a leadership team and prioritise effectively.
  • Understanding of the importance of deadlines and ability to meet them.
  • High level personal presentation.
  • Excellent team and big picture focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks quickly and to work autonomously.
