Hudson is exclusively recruiting for an experienced Team Administrator for our client based in the Education & Training sector. Work with a team committed to making a difference to the community in WA.

The Team Administrator is fast paced role with multiple competing priorities and requires a natural organiser, problem solver and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and customer service to the training team, students and training facilities. Based in the head office in Bentley the hours of work will be 8.30am - 5pm.

Key duties

  • Assist a team of education coordinators to deliver services across the state
  • Process data and maintain documentation for operating divisions
  • Coordinate training activities such as workshops and meetings
  • Process forms and applications; scan, cross check and update
  • Monitor training deeds and files to ensure compliance
  • Customer service; follow up and escalation of complex issues
  • Manage all queries from educators, students and training facilities
  • Provide administrative support to coordinate meetings, agendas and minutes
  • Use Excel to extract data and create regular progress reports
  • Coordinate training records and requirements
  • Coordinate the online LMS: create modules and update course material
  • Assist with recruitment, assessment and selection activities
  • Ad-hoc project administration support

Attributes, Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative based role
  • Excellent attention to detail and thorough approach to work
  • Solid experience in a customer service role with exceptional customer focus
  • Calm under pressure and ability to handle a varied workload
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience working with an online learning and customer relationship management system
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external customers
  • Consistently work well with and actively help others in a team
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Prior experience in the health or education industry would be highly regarded
  • Intermediate to advanced MS office skills
