We are looking for an experienced Senior Receptionist to join our team. To be considered for this position, it is essential that you:
- Have previous professional experience with a large reception team, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Dental or orthodontic experience would be preferable but it is not mandatory.
- Have the ability and skills to deliver 5 star customer service.
- Are well organised and pay attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
- Are immaculately presented at all times.
- Have a friendly, approachable and professional manner.
- Are punctual, reliable and professional.
- Have experience with an aptitude to learn new software applications.
- Exceptional verbal/written communication is very important.
- Can see task through to completion, can self-manage and be responsible for managing other staff when required.
