Your new company
This boutique accounting firm has a strong people focus, delivering superior outcomes to its clients while establishing a great team culture within the office. Due to their current receptionist heading abroad, there now exists the opportunity to join this great team in this vital reception role.
Your new role
In this role you will be the first point of contact, front of house for this businesses. Your duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Managing meeting room bookings and setting up rooms including catering or equipment requirements
- Answering incoming calls, fielding inquiries, redirecting calls and taking detailed messages
- Managing Facilities & Stationary
- Processing administration duties as required by your wider team and business
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have prior reception and/or administration experience, with a professional manner and superb communication skills. You will enjoy customer service and building rapport will be second nature; good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks is essential. A positive and friendly nature will see you fit in well with the team as the business has a strong focus on culture.
