We are seeking an experienced Complaints / Investigations Officer for an opportunity commencing ASAP for a 6 month contract with a possible extension.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage complaints and compliments taking a risk management approach.
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus, undertake challenging negotiations.
- Resolve complex debt management matters by undertaking research and interrogating systems.
- Advise complainants of their escalation options.
- Liaise, consult, negotiate and provide advice to internal and external stakeholders in relation to specific complaints.
- Take a conscientious approach to the performance of administrative functions.
- Develop and review procedures and standards.
- Develop, produce and maintain reliable reporting and trend analysis.
- Communicate advice on the impact of complaints and emergent risks and issues.
- Identify opportunities for business improvements, assist in their operationalisation, including providing quality feedback to the business.
- Support, mentor and coach team members to build a resilient, flexible and cooperative working environment.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Extensive experience in complaints coordination and resolution.
- Experience in investigational work.
- Previous experience within debt management will be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to interpret and convey information in the best way.
- Ability to manage complex cases and complaints and turn them around into a positive outcome.
- Solutions focused and methodical
- Mange risks and issues and drive intended results.
- Customer focused but a firm and confident person
