Duties
  • Providing supervisory guidance and support for Reception, Central Reservations and Switchboard teams. 
  • Rotate across all locations as required and oversee the day-to-day functions
  • Assist the Guest Relations Reception Manager with the recruitment of staff
  • Support the Guest Relations Manager/reception with providing feedback for Senior Associate and Associate performance reviews and ensuring set objectives are being met by the team
  • Encourage and motivate staff, provide constructive feedback and corrective coaching when needed
  • Assist with administrative duties or project work as required

Skills required:
  • 2 years experience in a front of house corporate environment and/or 5* hotel background with experience supervising a team
  • Leadership and management/supervisory skills
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills
