$27.55 per hour + super
· Fun and friendly local community transport team
· Start date commencing 30 July
· Monday to Friday 9am – 1pm or 3 days per week 9am - 3 pm flexible
· Temp role for approximately 10-12 weeks
· Close to public transport
Come and join our friendly & supportive community transport team for a temporary 10 week assignment. We are seeking some additional reception & administration assistance within our team.
Main responsibilities will include:
· Answering phones
· Taking simple booking requests for our day to day transport and social outings.
· Assisting the marketing & social co-ordinator with our 25year anniversary celebration event
· Collecting and dispatching mail
· General office adhoc duties as required
Successful applicant will be able to meet the following criteria:
· Office administration experience
· Some customer service experience
· Ability to use initiative and work as part of a small close knit team
· Able to commit to a 10 week temp assignment
