Sticker Factory, providing the best quality and service in Stickers / Labels / Print Production Australia-wide, we're requiring a new face to join us and hopefully to grow with us. Ideal candidate would possess a positive attitude with basic understanding of Korean and knowledge in printing will be highly regarded but not necessary. All training will be provided.
Your key responsibilities will be to provide quality customer service to the clients via telephone and email, while nurturing their accounts throughout the entire production process.
Duties:
- Customer Service via phone and email
- Client and Vendor liaison
- General administrative tasks as required
What we require of you!
- Professional verbal & written communication skills
- Basic understanding of Korean will be highly regarded but not necessary
- Strong attention to detail
- Clean & Organised!
- Positive attitude and able to work under pressure
- Computer skills MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge and experience in Prepress or any Design & Web Software (Illustrator) will be highly regarded but not necessary
- Experience in the printing industry especially in stickers or labels will also be highly regarded but not necessary, all training will be provided
