Allity's Tannoch Brae Aged Care, located in St Albans Park, are currently seeking a Full Time Administration Officer to join the team.

The successful applicant will have:
- Previous demonstrated experience in an Administrative role in an aged care or medical reception environment
- Experience managing rosters, assisting with the on boarding of new staff and progressing candidates through the recruitment process
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people including the elderly and all levels of staff within the organisation
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Highly motivated and able to use initiative
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet)
- A compassionate and personable manner
- A commitment to quality care and service
