Description

The Corporate Receptionist must consistently provide an exceptional level of customer service creating strong partnerships, cultivating relationships with clients and employees, and coordinating with the internal office /administrative function.

As the Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders across the business. Your responsibilities include but are not be limited to:

  • Answer the main phone line and respond to general email inquiries
  • Greet all guests and advise staff of visitors arrival.
  • Provide a premium customer service to all clients.
  • Ensure reception area is kept tidy
  • Accept packages and notify employees upon arrival.
  • Manage conference room/meeting room requests and activity
  • Record and track detailed messages and relay follow-up
  • Travel and Logistics Coordination
  • Provide administrative support to the team

Profile

The successful candidate will be positive, driven, motivated and passionate about their role. They will have excellent communication skills and take pride in their presentation. They will have demonstrated an ability to provide impeccable customer service and have experience working within a similar role in a corporate environment. To be considered, you must enjoy working within a team environment, be highly organised and have the ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.
