Job Description
We require a corporate receptionist for holiday cover in our Melbourne CBD office. Providing a high quality of front-of-house service to a broad range of clients, staff and guests.
You will be responsible for:
- Answering/ transferring calls and providing clear messages
- Taking in supplied, orders and allocating accordingly
- Ensuring rooms are managed and kept clean and to a high standard
- Ensuring the highest level of service standards are met at all times
Qualifications
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate abilities in:
- Presentation and communication skills
- Client services and customer queries
- Office suite, Skype for business etc
- An excellent phone manor
- Flexible, adaptable and willingness to take on ad-hoc duties as they arise
