Quality Staff are currently seeking skilled Administrators, Accounts Officers and Receptionists for their clients based in the north, central, eastern and western suburbs of Adelaide.
We fill our temp roles quickly with people we already know. Register your interest now, we will be able to add you to our ‘available pool’ so when a client calls - we are all ready to go.
Duties range depending on clients’ needs but could include:
- Receptionist duties
- General administration
- PA / EA Duties
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Credit support
- Executive team support
- Customer Service
To be considered for these opportunities, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role
- Tested typing speed of 55wpm or more
- Tested proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel
- Willingness to undertake a Federal Police Check
- Willingness to adhere to strict WHS policy and procedure
- Willingness to work in blue collar environments is advantageous but not essential
- Two contactable work references to verify previous work history
Experience with the following software programmes is not essential but would be advantageous:
- MYOB
- Xero
- SAP
