The opportunity and role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our Ashfield office on a short term 3 MONTH contract. This would ideally suit someone seeking work for a short time or a traveller.
This exciting role will be responsible for supporting a busy personal injury team with client services. You can expect to be involved in the following tasks and duties:
- Greeting clients
- Answering a busy switch board
- Setting up appointments
- Distributing mail
- stationary stock control
To be successful in this role our ideal candidate will ideally possess the following:
- Experience in professional services Reception
- Mature outlook
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to confidently multi-task and manage time
- A proven ability in using your initiative
