We seek a dynamic, forward thinking, analytical and focused Office Coordinator to support our Senior Leadership team in driving our diverse business. In addition you will play a vital role in assisting the HR manager with office management and building maintenance. 

The role:

  • Co-ordinate Senior Management and provide administration support;
  • Identify, prioritise and coordinate appointments, meetings, corporate events and work plans including annual review meetings;
  • Support corporate activities, including the social committee, audits and events;
  • Provide administrative support and Corporate Communication;
  • Create and/or transcribe communications and business documentation;
  • Coordinate travel for the senior leadership team and overseas visitors;
  • Act as project manager for local events; and
  • Assist the HR function in areas such as document preparation and building maintenance. 

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience supporting senior management;
  • Demonstrated experience in developing communication content;
  • Commercial, business acumen to understand business operations;
  • A flexible and adaptable approach and ability to multi-task;
  • Strong numerical attention to detail and data analysis skills;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • The ability to portray a professional executive presence and liaise effectively with people at all levels internally and externally;
  • The ability to problem solve under pressure and process work quickly;
  • A willingness to go “above and beyond” and you enjoy a challenge; and 
  • Energy, enthusiasm and you are a committed team player.
  • An understanding of the Japanese language would be helpful.
