Drivetrain Pty Ltd is a subsidiary of Engenco Limited. The business specialises in Off Highway Powertrain Components, specifically Transmissions, Torque Converters, Axles, Differentials and Brake assemblies and offers a comprehensive package of MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul), New Component Sales and Spare Parts supply.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced individual to join our organisation as an Administrator for our Girraween operations. This role is required to provide excellence in service support for Drivetrain's customers (this is a maternity leave position)

 Key responsibilities:

  • Provide and contribute to a safe working environment for all employees – Target Zero Harm.
  • Support and adhere to National standards for all processes, procedures and functions
  • Manage and action Production Orders that relate to the workshop, SPK Kits and Service Exchange Units.
  • Processing of all creditor invoices and send to accounts for processing
  • Maintain the work order process, including job opening and closing
  • Create physical job packs
  • Scan completed job packs on company drive
  • Prepare outgoing service invoices
  • Assist with the Warehouse Operations including cycle counts/stocktake
  • Pick and packaging of outgoing parts
  • Booking local and international freight when required
  • Attend to incoming calls
  • Organising travel for employees through Serko (Travel company)
  • Create purchase orders as required
  • Entering of time sheets after approval by the Workshop Supervisor

Suitable applicants will have the following skills:

Essential:

  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP, especially in a maintenance work order environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Sound time management skills
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to plan effectively and prioritise workload
  • Intermediate skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of OH&S requirements
  • Some warehousing experience
  • Knowledge/experience in a workshop/maintenance environment
