The People and Culture branch supports the ASC's strategic business goals by delivering a diverse range of functions in engagement and culture; organisational development; and human resources. These include culture and change management, workforce planning, talent management, staff development, recruitment, employment relations, payroll and health and safety services.
The Employee Experience team has responsibility for developing and implementing a range of People initiatives that include:
- Performance Management
- Culture Programs
- Talent Management and Development
- Leadership Development
- Attraction, Retention and On Boarding
- Staff Engagement
- Organisational Development
This exciting new role will see you expand and develop your skills in Human Resources (HR) through the support and administration of key projects and initiatives that are designed to enhance the Employee Experience for staff and candidates at the Australian Sports Commission (ASC). In addition to this, you may be required to provide support to the wider People and Culture team.
Ideally, you will have experience in working with HR and will be familiar with HR systems and processes such as performance management, on boarding, recruitment and learning & development. However, if you have a passion to develop a career in HR, this could be the role for you.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Experience in HR and HR Systems
- Excellent planning and coordination skills
- A focus on delivering great results for stakeholders/customers
- Be open to change
- A positive attitude
This position is based in Canberra and will be offered on a fixed term basis until 21 December 2018
Salary range = $73 868- $85 313 per annum plus superannuation.
