MLO is a growing medico-legal provider based in Sydney's CBD. Due to continued growth we are seeking an experienced Clinic Coordinator to  coordinate our medical providers to ensure that the providers have a single point of contact, and to assist the Specialist Engagement Manager in attracting, retaining and managing the availability of providers.

About the Role
Working as the clinic coordinator in MLO, your focus will be the coordination of medical providers to ensure;
• Provider availability and utilization is in line with forecasted levels.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with Specialists including acting as their first point of contact for all enquiries.
• Provider recruitment and on-boarding are achieved in line with defined best practice and business requirements
• up to date information on providers including all MLO active providers hold required accreditation
• The effective coordination & administration of off-site clinic processes
• Assisting the Specialist Engagement Manager in other business priorities as they arise
• Taking part in projects, outbound call campaigns and assisting with work outside of primary responsibilities as needed

About You

To be successful you will have:
 Comfortable in working with, communicating and negotiating with medical providers, including specialist Providers.
 Accurate data entry skills 
 Attention to detail and organisational skills 
 Proficiency in Word and Outlook and Web-based programs 
 Excellent relationship management skills 
 Excellent English oral and written communication skills 
 Ability to work in a team environment 
 Excellent customer service skills 
 Knowledge of document and administration procedures 
 Time management skills 
 An understanding of the medico-legal and corporate health industries
