Your impact 
In this fast-paced role you will enjoy plenty of variety and exposure as you manage various concierge activities and welcome all external visitors to our Australian Head Quarters in Melbourne. As the Corporate Receptionist; key to your success will be ensuring the reception function, related concierge activities and running of the office are handled in the most positive, efficient and friendly manner while also ensuring that all visitors, vendors, suppliers and staff receive a warm welcome. 

The purpose of this role is to create and shape a warm and welcoming experience, demonstrating a Fonterra way of welcoming.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the Fonterra Concierge/Reception delivers a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors and/or staff entering the site, and clearly reflects the aspirations of Fonterra Ways of Working and our values
• Supporting visitors through guest sign-in/out processes (including those pre-registered), car parking, site induction, key health and safety elements, secure entry and collection by staff 
• Responding to email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail/courier deliveries/pick-ups for this site
• Directing staff and visitors to the Business Support Desk as appropriate and supporting a consistently high level of service delivery within the site
• Maintaining an oversight of new technology, including providing advice and guidance to staff, e.g. meeting room availability, navigation of site, location of staff
• Assisting with security access cards/stationery and office supply requirements/refill of consumables

About you 
This is a diverse role working in a fast-paced and at times pressured environment where you need to be calm under pressure and willing to turn your hand to whatever is needed. When it comes to providing high level support, you know what it takes to keep our managers at the top of their game. Key to your success is your ability to self-manage your time and take initiative as and when required.

• Excellent ability to quickly build rapport and trust across all levels of an organisation,
• Intermediate computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite,
