We are currently looking for a confident Administration / Junior Finance and Insurance Consultant to join our boutique store located in the Northern Beaches. You will be dealing with the worlds premium brand, Harley-Davidson, and have access to a wide range of products and services.
As an Administration / Junior Finance and Insurance Consultant your role will involve working with our successful team to enhance sales by promoting and selling Finance, Insurance and Warranty products. You will also be required to build, manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers as well as other dealership staff.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Daily administrative duties including RMS requirements.
- Banking and reconciling of dealership sale transactions
- Facilitating the sale of motorcycle purchases undertaking finance and insurance sales for all customers.
- Providing a high level of service and satisfaction to all customers
- Generating leads and ensuring repeat and referral business to the dealership
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure, excellent numeracy and literacy skills, strong written and verbal communication, a “can-do” attitude and the ability to work as part of a team in a busy retail environment. This role would be ideally suited to an administration assistant looking to take the next step in their career.
