Exciting and dynamic company seeking an Entry level Receptionist for a 3 month temporary role
Your new company
Based in Wetherill Park, this Manufacturing company prides themselves on having a dynamic and supportive team environment. They are seeking an Entry level Receptionist with willingness to learn and bring a positive "can do" attitude in a temporary role.
Your new role
- First point of contact, both face to face and over the phone
- Switchboard operation by directing and transferring calls effectively
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Diary/calendar management for all staff
- Managing the existing document management system
- Liaising with clients and customers
- Effectively manage bookings and orders
- General administrative duties
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 1 year reception experience essential
- Outstanding customer service skills with a great attitude towards customers and staff
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Possess excellent communication , both verbal and written
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office package
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be a self starter and use self initiative
