Exciting and dynamic company seeking an Entry level Receptionist for a 3 month temporary role

Your new company
Based in Wetherill Park, this Manufacturing company prides themselves on having a dynamic and supportive team environment. They are seeking an Entry level Receptionist with willingness to learn and bring a positive "can do" attitude in a temporary role.

Your new role

• First point of contact, both face to face and over the phone
• Switchboard operation by directing and transferring calls effectively
• Meet and greet clients and visitors
• Diary/calendar management for all staff
• Managing the existing document management system
• Liaising with clients and customers
• Effectively manage bookings and orders
• General administrative duties

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 1 year reception experience essential
• Outstanding customer service skills with a great attitude towards customers and staff
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Possess excellent communication , both verbal and written
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office package
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Be a self starter and use self initiative
