This is a great opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Office All-Rounder to work as the front out house for a fashion brand in the CBD.

Client Details

Our client is a well-known fashion brand with offices located around the world. Due to an internal promotion, they are excited to welcome a Receptionist/Office All-rounder to their newly refurbished office. This role would suit you perfectly if you love working in a team-based environment and have a positive, professional and enthusiastic nature. You will be working in a fast-pasted environment to successfully manage the daily running of the office, working closely alongside the management team.

Description

As an integral member of the team reporting into the Office Manager, key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients;

  • Liaising with building management for facilities issues;

  • Assisting accounts with required processes;

  • Maintaining schedules for the leadership team as required;

  • Updating organisation charts;

  • Coordinating local, domestic and international couriers;

  • Maintaining documented Standard Operating Procedures for Corporate Services; and

  • Providing general administrative assistance across the business as required.

Profile

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in a corporate environment and will pride themselves on possessing a professional and positive demeanour. Given the nature of our client, you will be professionally presented and will be confident interacting with all levels of seniority. You will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and prior experience with the MS Office Suite. You will be an organised individual who takes pride in their work and is able to take initiative to priorities the completion of tasks as required. Finally, the ideal candidate will have an interest or prior experience in Fashion.
