Our client are leaders in 3PL container logistics who are looking for an experienced Key Accounts Administrator to join their fast growing team located in Pemulwuy. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to take the next step in their career and wanting to make a real impact!
In your new role you will be part of a motivated, supportive team who continue to grow. With flexible working hours and interstate travel, you will be focused on supporting the 3PL division looking after key accounts and all customer queries while overseeing a team of 1-2 people.
The role will include:
- Customer service
- Account Management
- Oversee day to day administration
- Liaise with internal and external customers
- Liaise with warehouses
- Coordinate accounts
You will have:
- Prior experience in 3PL Administration
- Key Accounts experience
- CRM understanding
- Sound Microsoft Office skills - Excel
- Worked in a fast paced environment
