About the Role
Our client is seeking a sales administrator to join their team. The primary purpose of the role is to be the first point of contact for all inbound sales enquiries both via phone and email, as well as to prepare sales agreements on behalf of the Sales Team.
  
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Maintain effective personal relationships with clients through a genuine interest in their business
  • To identify customer needs and support lead sales agents throughout the sales process
  • Be willing to identify, prospect and qualify potential clients
  • Maintain up to date sales collateral
  • Provide timely and efficient administration support to lead sales agents
  • Providing support to the wider team through data entry
  • Working closely with real estate representatives
To be successful for this role you must have the following:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
  • Experience with a variety of in-house systems and CRM
  • Background in Real Estate highly regarded
  • Exceptional administrative and customer service skills
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Experience using Zoho highly regarded
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures
