Our Office Support / Receptionist role will be responsible for:
- Reception Duties - answering and directing all calls, managing voice mails
- Office Support - handling couriers & mail, maintenance of the boardroom, scanning and administration support
- Lead Management - ensure all incoming inquiries are directed appropriately and entered in to our client database
You will have the following attributes:
- Immaculately presented both in person and on the phone
- Confident, friendly and helpful in approach
- Previous experience working in a busy office environment (either as a receptionist or administrative support) is required
- Has strong attention to detail
