As our Client Services Concierge you will be responsible for ensuring we deliver an exceptional experience to all our clients that walk through our doors.

The focus of the role will be to provide administrative assistance to the Executive Assistant and the Department Team Assistants. 

In this role you will need:

• High attention to detail
• Immaculate presentation
• A confident personality
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills

You will be passionate about:

• Bringing a wow factor to each client's experience
• Attending to enquiries over the phone and in person in a timely manner
• The smooth operation of our front office including liaising with internal staff
• Being the face and voice of the Company
• Ensuring front office is well presented at all times
• Administrative services including travel and catering

• Most importantly, friendly and outgoing!  

Previous front office hospitality or corporate reception experience is essential.  If you possess the above skills and qualities we want to meet you!
