Company
My client is a manufacturer and distributor of premium industrial products all across Australia.They specialise in providing to industries such as Construction, Mining, Civil & Infrastructure as well as to Architects and Specifiers. Projects range from the smallest to the largest of scales and these can include Councils, Education, Public Works, Rail and many other market segments.
Role
This role will see you mainly being responsible for looking after the internal sales of a large portfolio of top quality products as well as supporting both the external and other internal sales staff.
The main areas of responsibility for the role will include but not be limited to;
- Internal sales of a large portfolio of specialised products
- Process and follow up of customers' orders, quotes and telephone enquiries
- Maintain and develop customer relationships and accounts
- Ensuring Customer orders are received in line with promised delivery date
- Proactively managing customer interactions via telephone and seizing opportunities to upsell
Experience Needed
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Be proactive and a quick learner
- Must be able to multi task and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Strong work ethic and a desire to strive for customer satisfaction
- Working with a building/construction product would be a real advantage
What you get
You will be rewarded with a salary dependant on experience of between $60,000 to $70,000 + Super + Bonus.
