Licensing Essentials represents high profile internationally recognised brands and is a leading manufacturer and marketer of licensed and promotional product.

A newly created role now exists; the successful applicant will be working in a team to manage the content and order processing across four individual websites.

Customer service focused the role includes;

  • Uploading product to eCommerce site/s (B2B/FTP file transfers and manual entry via portal)
  • Learning details of a large product range, writing product descriptions and editing content into a customer friendly language, maintaining pricing and keeping up to date with the ever changing seasonal product lines.
  • Creating purchase orders, invoicing, managing stock availability and freight calculations
  • Web based customer service for enquiries generated by phone and email, problem solving and returns handling.
  • Assisting with collating samples for photography.

Preferably you will:

  • Have 2-3 years of experience in an eCommerce or digital marketing support role
  • Have previous experience working with website / eCommerce back-end systems
  • Be highly organised and possess strong customer service and time management skills
  • Have highly developed verbal and written skills required to communicate with both internal/external customers
  • Have a solid track record in customer service/sales
  • Possess a bubbly infectious personality
  • Be a highly motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision

Be skilled in the use computer systems - Microsoft, Apparel 21, Big Commerce preferable.
