About the Role 


The Cushman & Wakefield's Corporate Real Estate team is growing and we need an energetic Junior Administrator to step up into the role of Team Coordinator and be a part of our success. You will be an invaluable pro-active team member to support all agents across the business and your activities will be across finance, marketing and administration.

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of marketing components including internet listings, signboards, newspaper advertisements, brochures and ad-hoc marketing requests
• Support marketing campaigns and submissions
• Manage PO requests and invoices
• Prepare relevant sales documentation and letters
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks for the team such as editing and formatting documents
• Improving processes and templates
• Process expenses on behalf of the agents
• Organise travel on behalf of the agents

About You


The successful candidate will possess the below skills and attributes:

• 1 year previous administration experience is ideal
• Experience working within a Corporate/Commercial environment highly desirable 
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Possess fantastic initiative that drives you to pre-empt your next task
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly organised, flexible and supportive nature
• Professional work ethic and excellent presentation
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to liaise with senior members of staff
