Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator for a 3 month contract based in West Perth.
Durations: 3 months
Roster: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Duties will include:
- Scanning and filing documentation
- Updating personnel files
- Conducting reference checks
- Liaising with providers & booking medicals
- Assisting with the writing up of contracts
- General administration duties
To be successful for this role you must have:
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional presentation both face to face and over the phone
- Ability to work autonomously at times
- Good attitude, strong work ethic and a happy and friendly demeanour
- Reliable transport
