About the business and the role
We are a leading international brand and consumer products manufacturer. Our advanced battery business is now setting up operations in Australia to support the energy storage revolution that is starting to take place globally. We have market leading lithium ion storage technologies and are regarded as the leaders in the Australian and global market. We are looking for an person who suits for a position that needs experience of administration and also customer service to support the growth of our Australian operations based out of Melbourne. The position will be quite diverse to start whilst we setup the operations and service department with your local experience. Job tasks and responsibilities
- Day to Day will typically be Melbourne office/service centre based
- Provide technical support over the phone to solar & battery installers
- Provide email support to installation business and customers
- Manage process and RMA stock movements
- Communicate closely with staffs at HQ
- Assist management with our service team
- Publish tech notes and support documents for installers
Skills and experience
Reporting to the Service Manager, we are looking for a friendly and energetic person that is customer focused and will protect our brands reputation by providing outstanding customer service. This is the most important attribute to this position however the following skills and experience are required as a minimum.
- Relevant Degree, Diploma or Certificate
- A proven high level of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong PC and Microsoft Office ability
- Phone support skills
- Visa status : PR / Citizen
- Desire to learn and develop to become an expert with our products
Additional attributes would be highly regarded
- Lithium Ion technology experience
- Solar system or Energy storage or renewable energy experience
- Speaking Korean
- Experience in Electrical or Battery space
