The Position
A recent movement within the business has created an opportunity for an energetic and customer focused individual to join the Emeco NSW team in the role of Rental Administrator.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Assist with the preparation of tender and other submissions and communicate to appropriate parties
- Assist with debtor control, following up on outstanding client invoices and purchase orders
- Prepare and manage end of month rental invoicing in line with terms and conditions of the rental contract documents, including the management of the backcharging process
- Prepare monthly rental forecasts in conjunction with Rental managers
- Assist with end of month financial reporting, profit and loss, overheads and expenses
- Assist with weekly project profitability and analysis of key performance metrics
- Data management - ensure the integrity of information in Great Plains by keeping up to date information on machine location and fleet status
- Administrate asset transfers and disposals
- Receive and respond to enquiries from customers regarding accounts
- Assist with Accounts Payable queries
- Undertake adhoc reporting required by various areas within the business
- Provide general administrative support as required to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the branch.
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience in the earth moving industry
- 2+ years’ experience in administration
- Ability to work across and organise multiple work streams on both short and long term deliverables
- Experience managing customers over the phone
- Working kbnowledge of accounts payable and recievable
- High level attention to detail
- Analytical skills and the ability problem solve
- Strong skills in planning and orchestrating multiple tasks to meet required timeframes
- Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint application skills
- Flexible, helpful and with a can do attitude
