We are seeking a professional who has experience in overseeing communications, change management, governance and financial performance.

Client Details

We are currently seeking a high calibre Manager to provide the Leadership Team with support in overseeing of communications, change management, governance and financial performance. You will also be required to provide direction and consulting services to the Leadership Team, the creation of information for use at Management Forums. In addition, the overseeing and management of execution of change intitatives across the organisation and the co-ordination of the financial performance of the functions of the business unit.

Description

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Governance & Documentation - ensuring appropriate governance is developed and implemented with robust documentation and supporting
    management.
  • Communication - communication consulting covering development, review, analysis, recommendations, coaching and delivery of
    communication opportunities to result in an overall improvement in internal and external communication for HOST.
  • Change Execution - managing change, both regulatory and process, that is either internally or externally driven, on a continuous
    improvement basis.
  • Oversight and management of Client Assets within the market.
  • Delivery/ performance - Provide the COO and HOST leadership with information & analysis on the execution against the strategy and
    goals and competitive review and positioning.
  • Provide the COO and HOST leadership with effective management support particularly in relation to event development and
    management and internal PR.
  • Strategy Execution - Overseeing the research to support the development and implementing of strategy.

Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sound business knowledge with proven ability to make informed business decisions in challenging circumstances.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group.
  • Good knowledge of the external environment - regulatory, political, competitors etc.
  • High level of personal drive and motivation to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously across HSBC.
  • Proven experience of positive, challenging interactions with Senior Managers across the business.
  • Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language to support problem analysis.
  • Strong relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Practical experience of driving and delivering business transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability working across cultures.
  • Ideally, strong knowledge of HOST - functionally, operationally and financially.
