About the position
An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration/Reception Officer to provide reception and administration support to the Manager and team at Uniting AgeWell Condare Court and Carnsworth.
With excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate will enjoy a diverse range of administration tasks and have the capacity to multi task.
Strong organisational, communication skills and IT proficiency are essential, along with experience in relating to a diverse range of people.
Previous experience in an aged care or a community environment is an advantage.

To provide general administrative support
To maintain accurate databases
Skills and experience
Experience and expertise in managing a busy switchboard and reception
Experience in communicating effectively with a diverse range of people, including older people or those who have disabilities
Experience in residential aged care or community strongly preferred
Experience in database and finance systems
