Bundaleer is a community owned not-for-profit aged care and disability services provider located in the beautiful town of Wauchope. Our mission is to provide a service which maximises the quality of life for our elderly and disabled and provides a high standard of care in harmony with community, cultural and religious customs.

In this role you will support the Finance Controller with responsibility for ensuring the effective fortnightly administration of payroll activities - servicing c.260 employees. You will also support financial reconciliations, audit and reporting requirements.

If you have:

  • Significant experience in computerised leave and payroll systems including salary packaging
  • Substantial previous experience in reconciliation/ maintenance of corporate accounts and financial systems
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Business (Finance ) or equivalent  experience
  • High  level of numerical accuracy and  attention to detail
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant audit and legislative requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret data in an information sensitive environment
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules according to workloads
  • High level of computer literacy and a sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
