The Opportunity

Our client is a thriving corporate start-up, located in beautiful, modern offices in Circular Quay. They are a boutique team of professionals that enjoy balancing their lives with their successful careers, and of course, a bit of fun! Due to growth, the need has arisen to hire a hybrid Office Coordinator/Team Assistant to support the day to day administrative requirements of the business. There will be variety, opportunity and the chance develop your career alongside industry experts!
  
The Responsibility

There will be consistent facets of this role on a day to day basis, yet also the opportunity to shake the day up! The potential to grow and shape this position to how you want is also on offer, as it is newly created. Responsibilities are as follows:
  • Formatting of documents and utilising templates to complete contracts;
  • Database maintenance;
  • Preparation of client presentation, training and pitch documentation;
  • Managing incoming phone-calls, emails and website enquiries;
  • Supporting marketing activities and events;
  • Maintaining the office supplies and inventory; and
  • Occasional diary and travel management for the Directors of the firm.
The Expertise

To be considered for this role you will be looking for an entry level administrative opportunity to establish your corporate Office Support career. We would be interested in speaking with graduates, or those who possess 3-4 years worth of admin experience. We would also consider candidates looking for a career path into recruitment or HR, if you are open to committing to an administration role at first. You will have a strong work ethic, be a team player, and commercially minded. You will be comfortable utilising the MS Office Suite, and be proud of your attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure! Most of all, you will enjoy working in a collaborative, innovative environment where your opinion is valued and your job satisfaction is considered paramount.
