Due to the continued growth of our business we require a highly proficient administrator to coordinate the warranty, service, repair and maintenance demands of our business.
Although this is an administrative role, it would suit someone with prior experience in an electrical or mechanical environment, with high attention to detail and great customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Front line customer service for all faults, repairs, service, maintenance or warranty issues.
- Generating detailed job specifications for technicians
- Project management of all repair and refurbishment work
- Stock management for service and repair, kitting of spares kits and vehicle fleet
- Managing appropriate administrative activities including site reports, monthly reports, product recalls, active product records, service schedules, coordinating travel, quoting and invoicing.
- Technical troubleshooting of product over the phone
- Roster scheduling, on-call service management and coordination of a small team of technicians
- Ensuring activities and tasks meet the safe work needs of the site / location.

- Offer exceptional customer service and support
- Demonstrate exemplary attention to detail
- Be able to work without supervision
- Possess strong and clear communication skills both for working with peers and with customers
- Have strong administrative skills including advanced Word and Excel
- Ideally, have the ability to read technical drawings and/or have broad mechanical industry or parts knowledge
- Ideally, come from an industry background of; Electronics, Electrical or automotive.
The Team…
- We currently have over 80 staff spread across admin, management, manufacture and engineering disciplines. Our service team comprises 6 talented technicians and a growing network of third party businesses.
- You will report directly to Service Manager
- Key relationships will include the Production Mgr, Project Managers, engineers and sales staff.
- We have a very flat management structure with a focus on keeping management close to the front line.
