Helping Heroes Rehabilitation Service is a privately owned, national business that provides Rehabilitation, Assessment and Advisory Services to the veteran community. Helping Heroes is a young dynamic organisation, trusted to deliver high quality, proactive and client focussed services.
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are now seeking an administration assistant to join the team, providing support to the Melbourne based consultants as well as assisting our Adelaide office as required. The position is offered full time.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Extensive diary management of consultants
- Interstate travel co-ordination
- Interaction with internal and external clients
- Coordination of internal and external events
- General administration and support to both local and interstate team
Skills and experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Well presented
- Driven and hardworking
- Strong client focus
- Strong initiative and able to work autonomously
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Have relevant Administrative Assistant experience of at least 2 years
