Food Manufacturer and Supplier; Elegre are looking for a team member to join their customer service team, Monday- Wednesday between the hours of 9am- 2:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers on a call cycle to obtain their orders
- Answering inbound and outbound customer calls
- Inputting customer orders and requests via accounts system
- Assisting in coordinating transport/freight arrangements for dispatching orders
- Responding and escalating customer complaints to the relevant departments.
- provide assistance to other team members to ensure a prompt response to all customer enquires
- provide effective and efficient administration support as required.
- Monitoring sales trends, reporting these to sales team
- Assisting accounts payable with any debt collection
- Responding to customer inquires via phone or email
-check and confirm customer account status, inventory & pricing.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 1- 2 years experience in administration/customer service roles
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in all microsoft applications
- excellent problem solving skills
- flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and commitments
- Highly organized, with an ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Eye for detail
- Accuracy and efficiency in data entry
