CSG Talent are currently looking for a full time receptionist to compliment and organise the daily runnings for our successful recruitment office.

This is a pivotal and highly regarded position responsible for keeping the daily flow in check for this busy office building. You will be the energy and centre of the hustle and bustle being the first point of contact for all clients and candidates alike. Looking for someone to step into the role with the ability to compliment the growth of the business through your expertise and experience.

What we require from you:

  • A can do, hands on attitude is key! We are looking for a people person!
  • Well spoken and immaculately presented .. .communication is key!
  • Being highly organised is an absolute must!
  • The ability to multitask and think on your feet. This is an exciting fast paced working environment.
  • Experience with and understanding of all Microsoft office programs and Excel.
  • Previous administration experience is essential to be a successful applicant.
  • A minimum commitment of 6 months! 

What the role entails:

  • Welcoming of all guests and clients upon arrival. You will be the first point of contact when entering the premises.
  • Booking of meeting rooms and organisation surrounding scheduled appointments.
  • Answering and assisting with all incoming general inquiries.
  • Point of contact for external suppliers.
  • Organising any necessary travel for employees.
  • Assisting consultants with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Working closely with the Company Director and EA.
  • All other Ad Hoc duties as required.
