12-month contract, 0.6-0.8 FTE

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Administrator to work at Concern Australia.
We are seeking an experienced and outgoing Business Development Administrator to manage the administration of the Hand Brake Turn program enquiries and to ensure the profile and promotion of the program is increased. You will enjoy being the primary point of contact for all program enquiries offering a high quality customer service to all stakeholders.
As this role entails a high volume of Business Development and interaction with many stakeholders, you will exude a sense of confidence and flair.
The Position:
The Business Development Administrator will act as the primary point of contact for all Concern Australia enquiries. The role will also provide Business Development for the program and administration support for the Program Manager and Workshop Coordinators. Duties will include but are not be limited to:
- High quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Administrative support for the Program Manager and Workshop Coordinators
- Work with Program Manager to promote Hand Brake Turn and upcoming courses
- Oversee all aspects of student
- Maintain course and student records
- Oversee all aspects of Graduation ceremonies
- Oversee the provision of student amenities
- Timely and accurate management of records including oversight of filing systems and database management
- OH&S oversight
- Projects as directed
