An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Energy Saving Project Coordinator focusing on energy efficiency to join our Melbourne Energy team. 

The Role 

• Reporting to the Energy Savings Project Manager assisting with new and existing projects
• Work closely with electrical contractors and the LPA design team with site plans pre and post installation 
• Project management including stock forecasting and purchasing 
• Assist with the creation of Energy Saving Certificates with the Victorian & NSW energy saving schemes
• Application for new Products for approval with the scheme(s)
• Site audits
• Keep up to date with schemes, update and alter procedures/documentation as necessary and Keep all Key stakeholders advised.

The Person 

• An understanding of the VEET & ESS schemes and regulation within the area of commercial lighting would be beneficial but not essential. 
• Great communications and customer service skills
• Process driven with a good attention to detail
• Be able to work in a small busy team and manage multiple projects
