Your new company
This is a growing company located in the Lower North Shore area that promotes a supportive and collaborative company culture. They are currently looking for a personable and motivated receptionist to join their close knit team for 3 weeks.
Your new role
In your new role you will be a front of house receptionist. Your duties will include:
- Liaising with key stakeholders over the phone and face to face
- Taking and directing messages
- Assisting with ordering stationary and office supplies
- Faxing, filing, printing and binding on a continual basis
- Covering other administrative staff members when they are on leave
- Ad-hoc administrative support as needed
What you'll need to succeed
You will be personable, professional and well-presented and you will possess excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication and excellent organisational skills.
