We are a Chartered Accounting firm based in Fitzroy, with a young and dynamic client base. We are searching for a bright and energetic individual to work with us to continue to grow our business.
Reporting to the Partners, the successful applicant will be required to perform the following tasks:
- Co-Ordinate the Administration team to ensure smooth running of internal operations
- Provide back office support to Partners and Accounting staff
- Greeting of clients for meetings and organisation of meeting rooms
- New Client Enquiries
- Maintenance of Client Database
- Corporate Secretarial Duties with ASIC
- Ad-hoc office management duties as required
The successful applicant will need to posses the following attributes:
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Immaculate presentation
- An ability to work in a sometimes demanding and high-pressured environment
- A high level of computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
Previous experience in an Accounting or Legal office will be looked upon favourably for this role.
