WMIA is a specialised back office and client support services company based in Robina. Our clients consist of financial planners, advisers and money managers. We exist to support and help them and their client's achieve their outcomes.
As our operations expand, we require additional client services and support staff. If you have the following attributes we would love to hear from you:
- Previous experience in Superannuation and Insurance.
- Diploma in Financial Services or willingness to study.
- Outcome orientated with the ability to work with limited supervision.
- High attention to details.
- MS Word and Excel experience.
- Strong phone manner with the ability to build quick rapport.
- Ability to learn quickly with regard to different Superannuation platforms, insurance platforms and CRM systems.

- Talk to clients over the phone and via email in a polite and "above and beyond" manner.
- Assist financial advisers in submitting superannuation account information and rollover information quickly and efficiently.
- Assist financial advisers with insurance applications and client follow up.
